Purpose and legal basis of data processing 

 

We process your personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), as well as all other relevant laws. We process your data to initiate a business relationship or to execute a contract.  

 

It is not possible to conclude or execute a contract without processing your personal data. 

The legal basis for the processing of personal data for pre-contractual and contractual purposes is Art. 6 Para. 1b GDPR. Insofar as special categories of personal data are required in accordance with Art. 9 GDPR, we will not process them without first obtaining your consent in accordance with Art. 9 Para. 2a in conjunction with Art. 7 GDPR. 

If necessary, we also process your data beyond the fulfillment of the contract in order to safeguard our legitimate interests or those of third parties (Art. 6 Paragraph 1f GDPR). Data transfer to a third country 

In principle, we do not transfer any personal data to service providers outside the EEA. Should this become necessary, the transfer will only take place if the EU Commission has confirmed an adequate level of data protection for the third country or if other appropriate data protection guarantees (e.g. binding internal data protection regulations or EU standard contractual clauses) are in place.
