The dual way motion detector for your LUPUSEC smart home alarm panel
The LUPUSEC-XT dual way motion detector monitors the temperature field and the microwave field. Only if a movement is registered in both fields, an alarm will be triggered. Hence, this motion detector alarms you dependably if movements take place and it can even be used in rooms with floor heating and in winter gardens. Simply install the motion detector at the location you want to secure.
If installed correctly, in a height of approx. 2 meters (6.5 feet), the motion detector registers any movement up to a range of 12 meters (13 yards). The angle of vision of this motion detector is 110°.
Like our other alarm sensors, the dual way motion detector is battery powered, features a tampering protection at its back, and is connected wirelessly to your alarm panel. Thus, you can simply screw it against any wall or ceiling of your choice. A mount with ball-and-socket joint and mounting material is included. Since the dual way motion detector is wireless, you do not need to hassle with any wiring: Simply install the motion detector and connect it wirelessly with the alarm panel its as simple as that!
Fast installation, easy automatization!
Once connected to your XT alarm panel, the PIR motion detector sends every status change to the alarm panel.
This includes a notification in case of low battery, if the tampering protection at the back of the sensor is triggered, and when a motion is detected. Thus, you can create various home automation rules. Do you want to automatically switch on the light when you enter your bath at night? No problem the intuitive web interface allows you to quickly create such a rule.
